Cancelation policy: Key Media requires 7 working days notice for any cancellations in writing. A $35 administration and processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. For cancellations less than 7 working days prior to the conference, a 100% credit will be issued for the delegate to be used at another Key Media conference to be used within a year of issue. A substituion may be sent in the place of the registered delegate for no extra charge. In the event that Key Media cancels a conference, delegate payments will be credited in full. Where KeyMedia postpones a conference, delegate payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the delegate will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Key Media conference to be used within a year of issue. Key Media is not responsible for any loss, damage or additional costs as a result of an alteration, cancellation or postponement of a conference. Key Media reserves the right to vary the programme and speakers due to any cancellations or rescheduling. Information provided in this registration form will be entered into our database for the purpose of processing payments and registrations. We may also use it to provide you with future marketing material. A list of seminar participants will be provided to our presenters.
